Winter Specials 2011/2012

Both offers run from 1st November 2011 to 19th December 2011 & from 3rd January 2012 to 30th March 2012 and applies to new bookings made after 2nd November 2011 only.

“3 for 2″ special – book any two nights b&b get the third night free subject to availability

(applies to twin or double rooms with maximum occupancy)

“D & B & B” special – two nights dinner, bed and breakfast only £150 for two adults sharing a double or twin room

* 2 nights accommodation

* Full breakfast on both mornings

* 1 course meal from selected menu on both nights (our full menu is available for a small surcharge)

* free bottle of house wine with dinner on first night

Cancellation Policy

A deposit of 50% is payable to confirm bookings, this is fully refundable for cancellations made up to 2 weeks prior to arrival. In all other cases no refund will be given.

Christmas 2011

Christmas party season is approaching, booking is highly advisable as the best dates sell out quickly. 2 course £22 / 3 course £25

Confit belly of sage infused pork, warm tomato and butter bean salad
Crab & beetroot rosti, smoked salmon, sloe gin & granny smith apple dressing
Baked Caws preseli & red onion tart, rocket leaves & balsamic syrup
Tian of galia melon, macerated cranberries in port, fresh lemon sorbet
Roast Pembrokeshire turkey, chestnut & armagnac stuffing, orange & thyme gravy
Braised Preseli lamb shank in red wine & rosemary jus, smoked pancetta colcannon
Garlic & rosemary roasted Welsh beef, Yorkshire pudding, burgundy gravy
Baked hake fillet, king prawns, bloody mary dressing, samphire, salsa verde
